Order Processing
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days from the date of purchase. Orders may be processed during weekends; however, dispatch and courier collection schedules may vary.
Please allow approximately 4–10 business days for delivery depending on your selected shipping method and delivery location.
In some cases, orders may be processed and dispatched much sooner. Once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to cancel, modify, or update the order details.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including:
- Courier network delays
- Peak shipping periods
- Adverse weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Delivery location
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Shipping Protection
To provide additional peace of mind, customers may have the option to purchase Shipping Protection during checkout.
Shipping Protection may provide coverage in the event that a parcel is:
- Lost during transit
- Damaged during shipping
- Stolen after delivery confirmation
All claims are reviewed individually by our support team and approval is subject to verification and investigation.
Please note that Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Lost Parcels
A parcel may be considered lost under certain circumstances.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, we ask that you wait up to 5 working days before reporting it as missing.
In some cases, couriers may:
- Mark parcels as delivered before final delivery
- Leave parcels with neighbours
- Place parcels in a secure location
Tracking Has Stopped Updating
If tracking information has not updated for an extended period and delivery is significantly beyond the expected timeframe, we may initiate an investigation with the courier.
Please note that courier delays do not automatically mean a parcel is lost. During periods of network congestion or operational delays, shipments may be classified as delayed rather than lost.
Each case is reviewed individually by our customer support team.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged packaging
- Photographs of any damaged products
Claims involving damaged goods may require photographic evidence before a resolution can be offered.
Missing Items
If any items are missing from your order, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us investigate, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the package received
- Details of the missing items
Our support team will review the information and determine the appropriate course of action.
Situations Not Covered
Shipping Protection and delivery claims generally do not cover the following situations:
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Additional delivery or redelivery fees charged by couriers
- Delivery delays outside our control
- Orders awaiting dispatch due to stock availability or operational delays
- Parcels left in a location requested by the customer that subsequently go missing
- Claims submitted without sufficient supporting evidence
How to Submit a Claim
If you believe your parcel has been lost, damaged, or contains missing items, please contact our support team using the email address associated with your order.

- Subject line: Claim for Order #XXXXX
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photographs (if applicable)

Unprotected Shipments
If Shipping Protection was not selected during checkout, we may still assist in contacting the courier and investigating delivery issues.
However, resolutions for unprotected shipments are subject to courier policies and procedures. Investigation timeframes may vary and are determined by the shipping carrier.
Where tracking records, delivery photographs, GPS confirmation, or other evidence confirm successful delivery, replacement shipments or refunds may not be available.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
VapeHub UK cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.
